Complete App has been developed as a Commercial Application with mobile and web services. This SERVICE is provided by Complete and is intended for use as is.
This privacy policy informs users of the mobile and web services regarding our policies for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information of anyone who uses our service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information about this policy.
The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the service.
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We will not sell or share your data with any un-disclosed 3rd parties. All 3rd parties are disclosed in this document.
Your email address is used to create a unique user identifier to store your data against.
The app can be used in a limited capacity without registering an email address.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible in the Terms & Conditions menu in App Settings.
For a better experience, while using our service, we do require you to provide us with a username and email address. This will enable the storage of your practice data and personal information required to provide accurate analysis. Recorded data includes but is not limited to the following:
Heart Rate, Coherence, Emotion Log, Energy Log. The information that we request is used only in the provision of this service and be stored on our servers so that you can access your reports and analytical data over time. Your information will be retained on our servers to provide personalised reporting to you. In certain cases, data will be aggregated to provide community-level analytics. This data is not attributed to any single user and all contribution to the aggregated data is anonymous.
All community analytics are conducted by Complete using the cloud storage and analytics service, used as described in this privacy policy. We will not share your data with any 3rd parties not specified in this privacy policy.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service errors can be automatically communicated to us via the Google Pay and Apple App Store. In a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Complete App relies on Bluetooth being switched on in order to use the Bio-Coherence feature. When enabling permissions for Complete App to use Bluetooth the user will be asked to provide access to location data. This is a Bluetooth requirement and Complete App does not access or record location data. These permissions do however need to be granted in order to connect to a Heart Rate Monitor.
The use of cookies is limited within the app. Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
If using the Bio-Coherence feature in the App, you will need to turn on Bluetooth to connect a Heart Rate Monitor to the App. Bluetooth will require you to grant permission to enable the App to connect to the Heart Rate Monitor and provide this data to the app. You will also be prompted that you are sharing location data. The app does not track location data. This is a feature of Bluetooth and not a feature of the Complete App.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
• To facilitate our Service
• For marketing and outreach
• To provide the Service on our behalf
• To perform Service-related services
• To assist us in analysing how our Service is used
Services that we use include:
• Google Analytics to track Web usage

We want to inform users that these third parties may have access to your Personal Information such as your email address. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information.
